| Game-Tec Labs’ GT-NET System Selected for Lottery and Commercial Services Operation in Nigeria
January 2012 Vista, CA, USA. Game-Tec Labs, a leading provider of gaming systems and services to the worldwide lottery, sports betting, and casino industries, announced that it has signed a contract for the provision of its advanced GT-NET platform, point-of-sale terminals, and related services for an operation in Nigeria that will encompass both lottery and various commercial services. Sales agents for the operation will utilize wireless, mobile, point-of-sale devices provided by Game-Tec Labs. In addition to traditional lottery products, the GT-NET system will also support sales of prepaid mobile phone minutes for all major Nigerian operators. The system will also support various event and transportation ticketing applications such as the sale and validation of bus tickets.
